Cottage cheese pancakes are the best breakfast although I get hungry again sooner than if I had my usual breakfast of two fried eggs with bacon, even when serving the pancakes with lots of whipped cream. Try the pancakes together with a little cheese for a savoury version and/or serve it with the Butter & Coconut Coffee.

You must have a good blender, and you have to be conscious about the characteristics of the HUSK psyllium fibres, as the texture of the batter will change the longer you wait before frying.
